Have you tried un plugging it and re plugging it in? xD

 

Aw I'm sorry. First thing to check is have you attached the PWR, RESET and LED headers from the power switch etc on the front of the case on to the motherboard correctly. They should not only be in their right position but also in the right orientation as well. This information will be in your motherboards user guide.

 

Also check the little I/O switch on your PSU... how many times I have forgot this myself I couldn't even count xD
