Invisible Window Overlay Bug in Win10

Hello

While working on a paper for school, I noticed that some areas on my screen werent clickable anymore. It was very weird. Then I went into paint to trace to corners where I can draw again. It came out as the borders of some window, which is invisible and on top of all windows regardless of what I select. I didn't download anything before it happened and I am currently running a virus scan, though its highly unlikely, that it will find something. Any idea whats going on? The "box" is exatly in the middle of the screen and some parts of the invisible window make the finger appear on the curser, as in clickable link or something like that.

Restarting also didnt work, I might try booting into safe mode later

Thanks :o

Been a rare issue for people since release, press Win + Home and it goes away.

it doesnt work for me, sadly. Thanks though. I think its weird that it has started to happen just now. The only thing that could have changed the system is that I installed OpenVPN again got one or two script errors from avira
