Asus pascal

EcDarkSky

Hi guys maybe someone already post it or we already know it.

So asus rog France tweeted that https://mobile.twitter.com/ASUS_ROG_FR/status/734652225230909440 the text mean something big is preparing. So i think it's a tease of a gtx 1080 . It is most likely the strix card. We can see 3x fans so awesome cooking again from asus and we can see it is a rgb card.

Well their 3x cooler was some of the biggest gigantic cards on the market. Not very nice. My 290 is an Asus card, and I'm not impressed by Asus on that part. Hopefully I can get a vega card, but it's not going to be an Asus card for sure.

well I think it's pretty obvious it's a video card

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

I would bet 10x the cost of whatever this is going to be that that is not it.  How would that possible fit in the system?  Unless it's a liquid cooler... o.O

No, it has to be a video card.  Stop distracting me with conspiracies :P

I mean it would be a wide 360mm watercooler but it would still fit in 90% of cases that support 360s...

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1080-Founders-Edition-Packaging.jpg

Its always depressing for me, the fact that i cant get a simple and very awesome looking packaging like this (NVIDIA Titan X reference packaging is balls cool, all black with a huge X logo just sends respect B|), directly from NVIDIA. I honestly hate all the "freebies" EVGA and other manufacturers may include with the card, alongside its 2.5 times larger box... Its simply pointless and totally useless for me, since im not even sticking posters/badges on my walls or cases. Grr, where could i possibly get something like this to come to Portugal!! :/

yeah but good luck attaching any kind of heatsink like that directly to the CPU in an aircooler style (which was what I was initially thinking)
