Here's what I want to do. Currently I have a single 1080p monitor. I'm using it through HDMI with my PC. However, I also need to be able to view my CCTV at any time(This uses VGA.) Is there a way to have the CCTV VGA video inputted into the PC as a virtual display inside of Windows? Something that is a normal window that can be minimized, etc.

There is no possibility of using a second monitor, or switching between inputs using a switch.

That's all you need to know. It's a beast.
