Good Side Panel Fan

Hello,

My case has a side panel with a fan that is way too loud. I am looking to replace it (along with every other fan in this case).

I was wondering if anybody knew of any good, quiet fans that can still push a lot of air onto my GPU (Hd 7970 DCUii)

Also, do you have any recommendations for 2 intake fans that are by my hard drive cages?

I'd say just get noctua fan's

What case do you have and what temps are your hdd getting?

My hdds aren't getting too hot, its the gpu behind them that is getting too hot for comfort (it has a pretty big overclock on it, though.)

And my case is a Rosewill Blackhawk

The Rosewill site shows 2 front fans allready, are you looking to replace those?

But in general if you are looking for good and silence fans you can't go wrong with noctua.

Sorry for the late reply. The GPU gets to 75 but thats with the fans turned up quite a bit.

thats ok, not everyone lives on the internet ;)

that's not really to much to worry about, I'd say that adding the fan to the side panel should be more then enough.

There is already a fan on the side windows, its just kinda loud and I don't think it pushes enough air.

It also depends on your budget. Noctua fans are the best, really! However they are quite pricey. If you have the money, don't hesitate and buy yourself a few Noctua fans. They are top performers and are also very very quiet.

I would be buying 6 fans (2 top, 2 front, 1 back, 1 side) So no matter what I got I knew that I would need to spend some money. Although I am still a little worried that I will wast my money because if how loud my gpu is (Hd 7970 DCUii) When playing games.

I don't really mind the color. Although that still is something to keep in mind. My case has mesh filters, which allows me to see what fans I already have in there. I might go with Corsair. But we will see

Noctuas or Noiseblockers should be great. I find Noiseblocker a great choice if the Noctua colour is just a bit too much
