Uhhh maybe not. It says not too if you don't encounter problems. Since I haven't yet since the driver updates I'll wait and see if I have anymore issues, if I do I'll flash it.

Yah, that sounds good. Generally if everything works fine then it's best to leave it be. The BIOS update only makes minor changes and fixes an issue with Prime95 so unless you run Prime95 a lot I wouldn't worry.
