Valley showing wrong overclocks?

So I started overclocking with msi after burner today.

First I set my core and memory clock to 1550 and 7800 mhz.

I notice while running valley I was getting 1694mhz core and 4005mhz memory

Yup it is know for it's horrible readings. Use after burner for the true results
