need one under $150. im not sure about power cause i got custom made speakers...

Then you'd better get sure so that you can get an amp capable of driving the speakers.

i use a receiver to power these and on the spec sheets it is 75wpc for 8ohms and its more than enough, these are 4 ohms

Buy a cheap used receiver then if you have the space for it. Cheap Class-D amps are notorious for high noise floors, as well as clipping and tons of distortion at higher volume.
