Why not wait for the 1080 in the 27th of may? It's faster than the 980Ti and will be cheaper. Also do you really need 32GB?

If you're looking at buying a whole system soon, then I'd advise waiting for the GTX 1080.

The parts you have chosen are good, but some are more expensive than they need to be. The board can have a fair bit of money saved on, and going for a single 1TB SSD will likely be cheaper than two (1TB 850 EVO is what I'd go for). Do you need 32GB of RAM?

I wont be buying until a month or 2, but is 32 gb overkill? i want something reliable and to have enough potential for big games on high or ultra resolution

For any game, 32GB is overkill. 16GB is the most you even remotely need for games right now, and even then, it's overkill in most cases.

However, you mentioned productivity, so more RAM could be beneficial to you, depending on what programs you work with. I would advise starting with 16GB in a 2x8GB configuration, then add another 16GB if you need more.

You really shouldn't be playing it in the first place on PC!

Got it, so everything is all good just change to 16gb, wait for GTX1080, and get 1TB 850 EVO instead of the 2 480GB. What about the motherboard? can that stay or it really dosent matter? Build theme is black and red if that matters lol

The board is just expensive for what it is. That's true for pretty much all of the Asus ROG boards.

Have a look at the MSI Z170A Gaming M5 and MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon.

It is part of the GeForce series. There's only one GTX 1080 (in term of actual GPU, there will be various coolers for it)
