did you release the pcie lock?

dont pull it too roughly or the entire pcie cover will come out, then you have a big problem

Did you push in the slot button to release the card from the physical slot?

yes i did. anyways the side that's stuck is the one nearer to the back of the case, so it's not a lock problem

There should be a lever looking thing on the right side of the slot.

then make sure you unscrewed the gpu and that the IO (namely VGA or DVI) ports arent caught on the case

then you can maybe pry at the place where you screw the card in, making sure the plastic of the pcie lane below doesnt follow

it's fine of that bends a bit, you can bend it back, it's just a piece of metal

i've already pulled on that. the bracket is shit anywaysand it won't even hold it when the card is placed so the bracket isn't what is causing the problem.

make sure that you pressed the gpu lock down fully...these things can be stubborn and more then once I didnt realize it wasn't fully down when I was a noobie with a comp internals. The lock should have resistance then suddenly get "loose" when you get past a certain point. at that point its unlocked. Cause ya...what you are describing sounds ALOT like what I was feeling when I 1st started messing with my gfx card.

the part which is stuck is the one further away from the lock.

Your pictures are misleading then. You're showing us something you've apparently already done.
