SO right now my sister gave me her visa prepaid card so i can order something for her off of ebay. I did order it for her, along with some things for me without her permission. I feel terrible for this and if I tell her shes gonna be upset. What do I do? I don't have money to give her back...

Tell her and promise to pay her back when you have the money. Maybe even add a little extra.
