AMD vs. NVIDIA

OK guys, I hope if you are trying to decide between which card to get, here you go.

AMD : Amazing Frames

AMD: Bad Drivers

AMD: Cheaper

NVidia: Amazing Frames but not as good as 290x

NVidia: No noticeable micro-stutter

NVidia: More of a choice between cards

Now, AMD cards have micro-stutter that is noticeable, NVidia does not. AMD's drivers are horrid. NVidia's drivers are great. AMD is cheaper, NVidia is on the pricey side, AMD flagship cards frames are amazing. NVidias are amazing as well, but AMD's are better. NVidia has more of a selection with a certain card.

You'll be offended and I completely understand why, and you have every right to, but

you're completely talking out of your ass. Please rephrase your thread to encourage a meaningful discussion. Otherwise this should be moved to OT, some other trash bin, or locked. This is just straight scheisseposting and I don't think threads like these belong here.

All I'm getting from this post is a lot of bias towards Nvidia. If you're going to be doing a AMD vs Nvidia what is your budget and what cards are you looking at both AMD and Nvidia.

Why do you say AMD has bad drivers? I've been using them for 4 years and haven't had any issues.

And I would say you have as many choices numerically on either side.

7990 -> 690

7970 -> 680

7950 -> 670

7870 -> 660 ti

7850 -> 660

and so on...

Nice bias. Next you're going to tell me that an FX 8350 is in every way inferior to the Intel Core i3 4130, right?

Wait, I was talking about Nvidia, not intel?

I'm just talking about your bullshit towards AMD. There really isn't a problem with AMD's drivers. Would you like to mention that one of Nvidia's drivers was killing cards left and right? No.

If you're going to make a post like this, at least give some sources to prove your claim.

Only "bad drivers" for AMD have been the crossfire drivers / multi-monitor drivers that some people have complained about, but as far as I know, they're fixed.

AMD has great cards, I just prefer the aesthetics of Nvidia.

You didn't, and I never said you did. All you did is mention AMD's driver flaws while ignoring Nvidia's. You never mentioned one flaw with Nvidia, yet you mentioned a flaw with AMD. This is what tells me you are an Nvidia fanboy.
