Performance on low end card

What kind of performance can i expect to get out of this card?

It is going into an extreme budget build (450 usd) along with an FX6300 and MSI 970 Gaming Mobo. Just want to know how it can handle 1080p gaming. Max settings arent needed but would like high/med high settings. Thank you for looking.

try getting used parts if you can, well anyway that card should do "fine" at medium - low settings in most tittles, i dont know much of the lower tier AMD lineup tho

You want a 370 or 950 minimum for those settings if you want to play more demanding games such as Witcher 3... But if nothing in that league then a 360 should be fine!

Wide variety (so helpful i know) a few examples would be, Skyrim, Final Fantasy games (hoping pc gets good port), I want to be able to run games like the Witcher 3 on better than or similair to console levels of detail.

Well that is a bummer. Been looking around used market with not a ton of luck. This is more of a project for it  course and hold over pc for until i build a good one hopefully in the fall.

It's a decent card, it generally trades blows with the 750 ti, It will run shadow of mordor on the very high preset 45 fps 1080p, which isnt too bad for the price of the card. Also the GTX 950 is much better than the R7 370, you could get a refurb 270x on newegg, but idk if they still have them.

Yeah I was fearing that was the case. Got offered a new in box one for 60 though so wanted to see if it could work out. If that is the case(outside of used as it is more luck) does anyone have any suggestions for a good sub 200 card? 

 

Or would I be better suited just saving up and waiting? Right now I "game" on an hp beats edition laptop that was gift from the parents for school. I can play skyrim on med/high graphics woot. lol

Thank you I think for now I will still grab that card and just do a minor upgrade to it down the line.

Keep looking for used cards, there are new cards coming out now(and next month) and the must have's will be selling their old stuff to get the latest and greatest.
