Computer won't Power ON!

I just used my desktop computer for months, and now it got shut down because fuse box wen't up, i lost electricity in my room.

Now I have electricity in my room, and when I try to turn on my computer it doesn't want to, there is no power on light either, what is going on???

Dead PSU or Dead Mobo.

and potentially other parts as well, depending if the psu brought them down with it

What is this... It never happened before, I watched Youtube like every evening. Suddenly lights went off and strange electric sound came out of computer for a half a second. 

 

This is a real nightmare.

Sounds like a fan might have stop maybe on your PSU or on your CPU if you use a stock cooler

Is there anything I can do? 

Should I borrow someones PSU to check if it's only PSU damage?
