Battlefield 4 stutter, low fps fix

After trying every solution seemingly on the internet yet still having problems with bf4, I found a solution that fixed fluctuating fps in my game. My AMD X4 860k was being read by BF as a dual core, because of amd's module system(2 processors one core thing). So the fix, create a user.cfg using notepad and put it into the main bf4 folder in origin games. Then type

thread.processorcount 4 and thread.maxprocessorcount 4

(Adjust the core number to your # if you want to try it on another CPU).

This completely fixed my issues and hopefully it'll solve yours as well!
