There are third party shipping companies you can use. The place you buy it from sends it to the shipping company with your reference number on the label, then the shipping company sends it off to you. Be aware that it's pretty expensive, and you might have to pay import and customs charges.

Travel to country which has them in stores (or warehouses) and bring it with you back. You might still need to pay customs for it though.
