It does. Not every gameworks option does, but most of them. Though I advise you to not use it as it's 1. not even good looking and 2. impacts performance a lot, negatively obviously.

Yes, it is just not optimized for AMD.

It does, but performance is not great. Make sure you turn down tessellation levels in your driver settings to 8 or 16x.

Gameworks will cripple performance for little visual improvement and trademark spaghetti-like hair. I don't think it's worth losing all those frames, and it hits AMD's cards far harder than NVidia's.
