hi im looking for a new cpu cooler for my phemon x4 955be and im on 3.6ghz at stock voltage load 51-idle is33c and im trying to get 3.8ghz and i have a h60 with sp120 and its not that great so i have been looking at this PH-TC12DX will this help

amd fx 6300  @4.4ghz @1.4/ga-970a-ud3/HD78702gb /antec 620w psu

Not sure if that TC12DX will do a lot better - that is more their middle range one. Might get a few degress better. Hard to say.

If you have the clearances though, Phanteks PH-TC14PE will give you some good temps - this is their top of the line and rates up there as one of the best.

If you want quietness for your cpu cooler, I would go with a Noctua NH-D14. But before buying this check your ram and case to see if you have enough clearance.
