It's this little chip:

The temperature reasing doesn't seem right tho. A simple I/O chip shouldn't get that hot.

How to check...? Could it be bad if it is that hot. I'm not sure where it would be or how to check it.

CPU : i7 4790K // GPU: MSI 980Ti 6G // CPU Cooler: LEPA AquaChanger 240 // MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI // RAM: 16GB HyperX Fury @ 1866 //    Case & PSU // Fractal Define S & EVGA 750W

Put your hand inside your PC when it's that hot and if you can find it, you can try and touch it and if it's burns you then something is wrong but if it' doesn't burn you then probably just a sensor problem :P

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

It's somewhere located on your motherboard.
If it was 127°C hot you would be able to notice that by simply touching it. If your fingers go up in flames, it's definitly too hot; if not, then SpeedFan is reporting nonsense.

The only way to check for sure is by using some kind of temperature measuring device.

You can also put a little heatsink with thermal paste on it ,which you can both get easily on e-bay, and see if that changes anything. If SpeedFan is then still reporting such a high temperature, then you know for sure that it is either a bad sensor or SpeedFan just beeing SpeedFan and reporting nonsense.
