Posted May 21, 2016 You have gone as far with their support as you can. Send them a notice before action (a legal requirement to sit with them for at least 4 weeks before you take legal action so may as well get that started now) and go and talk to consumer protection agencies, your credit card company etc to look at recovering all the money you have ever paid Steam since they have separated you from something you own unfairly. Not saying you need a lawyer yet but credit card charge back for the money you have paid steam would be a good start and might be possible and consumer protection agencies in your country will have advice on how else to proceed, legally may end up being your final option. Don't let them get away with it, take it as far as you need to and appeal for the community to help pay for the legal costs if you get to the point where you might be in a position to get a good ruling against them. Valve is an evil company and this needs to get fixed so are you the hero we needed but never had?
