This comes to $486 in Indian Rupees, I will assume that you are indeed in India since you didn't include a location.

It has a 6400 as requested, but with that budget, I would recommend getting an i3 or spending $600 instead.

EDIT: I just noticed that SSD is only a 64gb, although building a pc these days without an SSD is aomething no one should do in my opinion, whatever the usecase, you should either make it into a 120-240gb and include a 1TB HDD or skip the SSD and get the HDD alone.

I'm planning a PC and would appreciate it if all you good people help me pick parts.

It is gonna be PRIMARILY A WORK PC, so GRAPHICS CARD IS NOT NECESSARY. It has to have a 6th gen i5.

Ready, Set, GO!

Well do you need multi-threaded performance or single core performance?

What software are you going to be running?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
