System does't want to shut down

Hello , i have a problem with shuting down the computer , usualy when i click "shut down" the computer is shuting down for only 2 sec then automatically starts again , only if i keep pressing the power on/off button for 5 sec will shut down . 

I try reinstal the bios , windows and trying different settings in bios but no results .

maybe its your start button.. try to remove the pin and shut it down if that change anything

Have you ever been able to turn it off? 

 

Well anyway if you own a asus motherboard it is a asus bios bug. Unplug the pc from the wall. Let the mb drain...clear the CMOS. Boot back up and reset the CMOS and then check for any bios updates. The pc should shut down fine before the updates.
