When you spend 3 months working and you JUST got your first paycheck today and then you realize you only got the amount of money for if you work for one week. :D

If you worked 3 months before getting a pay check you should be working some where else that pays their employees

Doublly so if they only pay for one weeks worth of work

I think you need to find a better job... and potentially sue your employer for not paying your due.

What everyone else is saying.  Sounds like some kind of fraud or scam.  I'd quit, find another job, and take the employer to court.
