You could use something like Audacity to record songs as they play.

streaming music is very different from downloading music

 

if you want to legally have the music files on your PC you need to buy the songs (unless the artist has put up a free download)

Even If they did bother to go after me, there Is no criminal action taken against piracy where I live :P And Im not giving It to anyone else.

yup

which is why pretty much everyone just rips their music off youtube or soundcloud or whatever

 

but we cant encourage piracy on this forum so go do what you want and dont talk about it :)

If you want to get your music from Spotify, you'll need Premium music in order to download it.  Otherwise, do this:

Recording song with Audacity would be piracy when you are on free version. You would also get really low quality as free version uses 128kbs bitrate. You can download song with Premium or buy them from some other digital distributor like iTunes or Amazon.
