Hi everyone!

My name is Richard (in English, 'cause I'm from México and here my name is different).
Anyway, I'm struggling with this thing of choosing a PSU, this is my build:
Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor
NZXT Kraken X61 106.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
MSI X99A SLI PLUS ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Video Card (I saw on the geforce webpage that it uses 180w)
a lot of people told that the EVGA SuperNOVA 850G2 could do the job, but I'll like to hear what you guys can recommend me

I'm looking forward to SLI in the future and I don't want to struggle with looking for another PSU and I'm going to overclock (both CPU and GPU) so that's a lot of watts.

Also, if you can give me any suggestion or comment so that this build can do better, I'll be happy to hear it.
The cost of this is about 1700 dlls, so maybe I can improve to 2000 dlls

If you want to overclock both heavily you could consider going to 1000w  or so,

an overclocked 6core could use 300w or so, so that would leave around 500w for the 2 1080s.

We dont know what wattage an overclocked 1080 needs yet. Ita probably gonna be fine, but spending a few $ more

for some headroom wouldnt be too bad in my opinion.

My liberal estimation would put your peak power draw at 700w, before ~5 years of cap degredation so call it 800w peak draw in SLI. So yeah a 850w PSU SHOULD handle it provided it can supply adequate power provided its 12v rail is powerful enough (most 850w will actually struggle in this regard). However for the sake of a safety buffer and the aforementioned 12v supply issue I would go for a 1000w unit from a reputable brand (Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic etc)
