Zalman ZM-F3 fans: quieter alternative?

So I just bought a Zalman Z9 Neo case, which comes with 5 pre-installed fans, all of them are ZM-F3.

I find the fans rather loud, although I really don't have a lot of experience with other fans.

Are these fans considered loud? Keep in mind that these came with Molex connections, so I had to plug them straight into my PSU instead of motherboard.

If so, what are some quieter alternatives for around €10?

Well first thing to do if you want to cut down on the noise is reduce the amount of fans, sound stacks.

I want my PC to run cool, are the top exhaust fans necessary? If not, is there a way to disable them but still keep the LEDs on?

Zalman's site specs them at 34 dBA at full speed, that's freaking loud

Alright well that's pretty loud indeed. Can you recommend me some quiet case fans for less than €10?
