Need Some Help With Google Apps Device Policy

So i have a work email managed, and i recently switched from iphone to a galaxy s7. I use google docs a lot on my phone. I can not log in to my work email because of the google apps device policy because it allows the admin to monitor my phone, remote erase, access my info. I don't feel safe with that. That made my s7 unusable with google docs.  Is there any way i can bypass this and use google docs without agreeing to this policy?
