Why not those tiny computer HDMI compute stick?

Something like this:

You have other brands available that you can look at. I think Zotac released one with Ethernet port.

 

They are obviously slow computers (Atom), but should handle Windows 10, and playing videos at 1080p.

 

I don't know, all I am saying, based on your budget, it is worth a quick look. Obviously the downside, is that you can't expand it, and is slower than what is proposed, and only has 1x USB 3.0 port,

raspberry pi 3 on adafruit is 39 dollars and great! better than these cheap 30 dollar android sticks. buy a sd card from there too and you're done!

If you have Windows 10, you can use the Netflix Windows 10 App.

Can you use Netflix on raspberry pi 3 beside via the web browser? 'cause I think Netflix blocked that.
