Wasn't sure where to post this so went in the PSU because these regards PSU cables... So I wasn't sure, pretty noobish question, your standard PCI-E 6+2 connector from the PSU will work with this silverstone PCI-E extension or it won't?  http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812162034&Tpk=Silverstone%20PP07-PCIR%20PCIE

Yes. They are the standard female ends of the PCIe power connectors. They'll work with any unit you have.
