but it's doing it again, but it's only after i load the picture into premiere, could premiere be doing this?

(i just made the same file again because it was an edited version of another pic)

solution: just duplicate the file before loading it into premiere

Hey,

Today i tried to delete a file but it says i'm not the owner and i've already tried the del command on the administator command line but even there it says permission denied, how do i remove this?

I had the same problem, not with PS file but some other one. First of all make sure no running program is using the file while you re trying to delete it. Even if PS is running in background or one of it's services is running that may be the cause that you can't delete it. Close all programs, processes or services relater to PS or restart the computer and make sure none of PS services are set to start with windows. And than try to delete the file. If that doesn't work try Enabling the built in Windows administrator account and sign in with it and delete file from there. You enable it by going in Computer management-->Local Users and groups-->Users-->right click admin and properties and deselect Account is disabled option and set password for it
