here is my soon to be build 

 

i5-4690K

deepcool tesseract case

CM Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

ASRock LGA1150 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz RAM

Seagate 1TB Hard Drive

EVGA GeForce GTX 950 SC Graphics Card------------------- Do you think I need a 650w power supply or 500w?

What motherboard specifically? Also, get a H97 motherboard and i5-4460 instead so you can get a better graphics card, ideally a 380 (which performs better than a 960) and a 550W PSU would be more than enough (Get one from Seasonic, XFX, Super Flower or EVGA's G2/GS/GQ/B2 lineups)
