Removed any programs lately? Have you checked the recycling bin? What were you doing before shutting down?

Files don't usually just vanish for no reason.

Have not remove any programs lately, My bin is empty, I just wanted to restart my computer

I don't think i am missing big files and my binn is empty. what program will scan missing files?

Even my browse history has been deleted

try using r-tools. This is the download link http://www.r-studio.com/downloads/RStudioEmg7.exe. It should be able to get the files as when you delete a files it doesn't erase the file it just says the space on the disk is unused.
