Is it possible to build a PC that can survive 120*?

Gerr

With good air circulation its not issue with you target usage. For some people talking about rated and running temps of components. Remember that every degree ambient goes up, so does temps inside case. So when basic gaming PC has CPU at 75C and GPU at 80C with 25C ambient, 50C ambient would mean closer to 100C on CPU and 105C on GPU (roughly). Which both are still working temps. But need some configuring in BIOS to prevent any overheating shutdowns.

Above is ofc for gaming grade machines. For PC running with lower load and maybe lower TDP CPU, you will see high temps at 80C which is quite comfortable.
