Some formatting is missing?

So it seems like several buttons have lost their formatting? See below image for what I mean.

It was happening across several pages, even after refreshes but stopped happening about 5 minutes ago.. Weird. I am having frequent DNS issues, and am having to flush my DNS a lot so that may be part of it.
