New CPU+Mobo or GPU

So I have a friend who has a PC with a FX 6300 and a GTX 760 which I think is pretty balanced.

 

I am not sure which he should upgrade, if he is only upgrading one so what would you recommend?

the cpu first

most games likes more cpu horsepower

though the fx6300 should be fine some games, but in most games, you'll want more cpu horsepower

 

the gtx 760 is still fine, though might need a boost too

but cpu comes first imo

Maybe buy an ssd+memory in a store and buy a used 8370, after that save money for a completely new rig.

graphics card and cpu/mobo if possible, otherwise get the GPU first, then upgrade the cpu when he can.

The 6300 doesn't bottleneck a 380X at the max (I think) so I'd say upgrade the CPU first to something like an i5-4460 or something like that.
