Hello, I am running windows 10 64 but with a 750 Ti and the newest drivers. Often, when my computer goes to sleep and is woken back up, the computer wakes back up but no signal is displayed, I have to restart my computer. Upon looking into the logs I find this:

"The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. ......"

I have tried reinstalling the Nvidia drivers after a COMPLETE uninstall using DDU. I have ran sfc and it came up with no problems. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?!? Please help....

revert back to the working drivers..

if the crashing took place after updating the drivers..

sometimes latest drivers gives problems/unstable

No luck, also tried setting my power settings back to default, reseating and cleaning the card. Anyone else have other suggestions?

I don't think thermal paste would have anything to do with driver crashes after waking. The GPU would be likely cool anyway, and if it were shutting off due to heat, it would do so without going to sleep mode.

How long has this issue been occurring? First thing that comes to mind is to revert to an earlier driver.

I've tried reverting to previous drivers with no luck. I know it's not a heat issue because once the computer is awake and working I can stress it all day with no crashes at all. :/
