How much can you spend on upgrading?

I would upgrade the CPU first. The 750Ti isn't that bad, but the CPU is not kicking asses.

A simple i3 would give you a better performance.

Main PC: R7 3700X / Gigabyte X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi / Radeon RX 5700 XT / 32GB DDR4-3200 / 250GB & 2TB Crucial MX500 (in HP Prodesk 400 Case)

Laptop: R5 2500U / Radeon Vega 8 / 8GB DDR4-2400 / 500GB SK Hynix BC501 (HP Envy x360 13)

My little Server: i7-7700 / Asrock H110M-ITX / 24GB DDR4-2400 / Samsung 860 Pro 250GB & Seagate Firecuda 2TB / VMware ESXi 6.7

(Don't tell me i should Name them, i don't want to ^^)

I'd say start by upgrading your CPU and Motherboard (If necessery).

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 12GB + Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VIII Hero

Case: Asus ROG Strix Helios Gundam Edition Power Supply: Asus ROG Thor 850P

about $1000 u.s.

I would personally upgrade the cpu and mobo, and also get a decent cooler for the cpu

Also, what is your case cooling like, because you could upgrade that and just OC the gpu and cpu further.

That pretty much gets you a new pc. CPU and motherboard upgrades are a must followed by cpu cooling. With that amount of money, you can get a decent gpu as well. Case and storage solutions look alright, ram could use an upgrade but not absolutely necessary but the psu could be changed to a more reputable unit, something from silverstone, evga etc. This will ensure a more reliable pc especially with oc.
