So recently I stared working on a 2nd PC for taking to LAN events and using as a HTPC but I cant get a solid frame rate on CSGO it can vary anywhere in between 90-200 I have a fresh install of windows 10 and closed everything thats not necessary such as services and programs running in the background my CPU is an old i3 2100 which I think may be the problem and my GPU is a GTX 750 TI SC if the CPU is the problem I am thinking about getting an i5 2400 hopefully that will help.
