i have a similar setup. didnt see something like this but its a good idea. maybe you are able to seperate programs to different connections. for example the internet browser streams netflix over wifi and at the same time your playing online on a different lan network.

Are we talking about 2 separate WAN connections into a router? If so, some business & enterprise grade routers are capable of WAN load balancing or fail over.

If you're talking about the computer itself with 2 different network connections, while yes it is possible, I would not recommend it as it's very difficult to setup if you want to use them simultaneously.

This Link Aggregation setup is a complicated venture and, more often than not, offers little to no benefit for a large price for consumers. A 1 Gbit/s connection is far more than enough for any consumer pc.

(no matter what anybody says, 4k streams don't even saturate a 1Gbit/s line... those streams only run 43-58 mb/s. Nobody on this thread will need more than 1Gbit/s unless they are hosting enterprise services/applications)

ESXi SysAdmin

I have more cores/threads than you...and I use them all

I used to run two connections in my more serious gaming days, and switched between them depending on which had the lowest lag at the time. However this was manual and I didn't have any automated way to do it. I think I saw an advert for some software that claims to load balance between any connections you have but I don't recall its name, but they do exist.
