I have a $100 dollar Gift Card from Fry's, so I want to try and find it on their website as well. Can you guys help with that?

I don't think there is one for that price range.

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

Looking at PCPartPicker, the cheapest 120Hz-240Hz 1080 monitor in general is the Acer GN246HL http://www.frys.com/product/8120225?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG at ~$200.
