Building a gaming PC <800 euros

Hi, lovely people of The LTT Forums.

I want to build a gaming PC, because i really want to play some modded games (Skyrim, Oblivion, The older Fallout titles). I have no experience with building PC's. I am willing to spend up to 800 euros on my first gaming PC, Since i come from consoles i don't need everything to run at 60 FPS, but i would like to be able to run some graphic enhancing mods on my games. If you could think up some some builds that fit into my budget that would be most useful. As for sound levels, I don't really care as long as I don't have to yell to talk to other people in the room. Size also isn't a problem. Power consumption shouldn't be too high. I just want a PC capable of running games like Skyrim with a 100 or so mods at around 30 FPS.

Feel free to ask any questions about other things regarding the PC.

I forgot to say that it needs to be able to connect to WiFi, since i cant run a cable up to my room.

should be under 800 euros when you buy all the mindfactory stuff at once (so you only have to pay shipping once)
