Maybe saving a few extra $$ would be better and get the 1070 when it comes out, instead of the 970.

You won't be doing much overclocking with that cooler, so not much point getting a 'k' cpu or Z170 board unless you need the features. 

 

The psu as mentioned above is poor quality. You probably need a small psu (Depthwise) in that case, so something like the EVGA GS 550W would be good.

 

What is the pc being used for ?
