Hello.

I am making a gaming computer and one of my first games is going to be Overwatch.

I was wondering of these parts would work for the game:

i3-2100 @3.1 Ghz dual core

15.5 GB 1333 ram (.5 paged for onboard VGA memory)

and a PowerColor Radeon R9 380 4GB w/ core clock 980 Mhz

That should be pretty good, I run an R9 290 and I get 100 FPS+ on highest settings.

CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3600x | GPU GIGABYTE GTX 1070ti WINDFORCE | MOBO ASUS Prime X570-P | MEMORY XPG Spectrix 2x8GB 3200MHz  | PSU OCZ Zx 850W | CASE NZXT H440

You are going for rather low end CPU with higher end GPU and 16gigs of RAM. Why not save bit on RAM and get i5? Even if you will be playing Overwatch, quad core will be much better in general gaming.

I have the same GPU as you (MSI R9 280), and I can run the game at max settings at a constant 60fps 1080p.

The thing is that I have a 4690k, which is quite a bit better than that i3.

I guess you'll have to test it out, don't know if the game is CPU dependent. If it isn't, you're good.

CPU: Core i5 4690k                                                   Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97M                     RAM: 16GB HyperX Fury Red

GPU: RX 580                                                             Storage: Sandisk Ultra II 240GB                  PSU: Seasonic M12II Evo 520W

Case: NZXT S340 red/black                                      Case lighting: NZXT Hue+                          Mouse: Logitech G502

Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper212 Evo                     Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit

this build is just a barebones my dad gave me, the gpu though is a future idea that will be happening this summer.
