CPU- INTEL i5 6 gen 
Motherboard:- h-81 gaming motherboard
1 TB hdd
GPU :-950 overclock edition
8gbX2 stick DDR4 hyperx ddr3
dvd writer
CABINET:-Circle cabinet
PSU corsair 500w
MONITOR:- benq 22inch RL series

 

 

second config :- 
CPU- I5 6500
Motherboard:-h110 MDS2 ddr4
1TB harddisk segate baracudda or WD Green and 120gb ssd samsung
GPU :-Double FAN or SINGLE FAN zotac 960 2gb
Cooler master ormal 120mm FAN *4
8gbX2 stick DDR4 hyperx
DVDROM
CABINET:-Cooler master N300 kWN2
PSU corsair VS550
MONITOR:- DELL s2216h or benq RL series 

 

Third config:-
CPU- INTEL i7 6 gen 6700k
Motherboard:- gigabyte z170x  ud3 black edition
2TB western DIGITAL hdd 250gb samsung 850 m.2ssd
GPU :-730 2gb ddr5 gigabyte
Cooler master ormal 120mm FAN *4
8gbX2 stick DDR4 hyperx
blueray dvd writer+dvd writer
CABINET:-Circle cabinets 821
PSU corsair 600w
MONITOR:- viewsonic xc2270smh 

or i should wait for 1080??:p

1) and 3) have a GPU bottleneck

2) is OK, but wait for Pascal to go into the market.

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

Go for the second, because you'll love the graphics, and you won't have to procrastinate with getting a better one later. That, and the 16GB of RAM will be great for multitasking. I suggest you go for the benQ, too as a monitor choice.
