1. What do you guys think of this? Any tips? (I will swap the 980 with 1070/1080)

2. Windows 10 home or pro?

Ill be building it in 3 months time. Purpose:Gaming, recording/streaming and studies (mechatronics= programming and stuff) :) thanks

Edit: budget should not exceed 2.000$
