Windows 10 not installing ?

I have windows 7 32 bit on installing windows 10 64 bit it doesn't bootup.

notify a solution

You can't run 64bit programs on a 32bit operating system.

The only way you can install a 64bit OS is to use a install disc or usb flash and boot from it.

I try it but pc doesn't show bootup option when pc is restarting

Are you using an install disc or USB flash drive?

You must either bring up the boot menu before windows loads or go in to your BIOS and set the CDROM drive as first boot device.

I set first boot device CDROM but pc doesn't show bootup on restarting..

Are you sure you saved your changes when you exited the BIOS?

windows 7 starting without showing bootup from dvd or usb..

Hmmm, with what software did you make your install disc and did you BURN the ISO image to the disc or just wrote extracted files?

no software used 

1. just burned the os on dvd from iso

2. using nero it was burned

Since your disc seems to be DVD-RW (Rewritable), you can try burning the image again.

Also mind showing me what is inside the autorun.inf file?

Looks fine. Good luck with the 2nd burn.

If it still doesn't boot that means the image could be unbootable and you should find a different ISO image.
