The only way you can install a 64bit OS is to use a install disc or usb flash and boot from it.

I try it but pc doesn't show bootup option when pc is restarting

no software used 

1. just burned the os on dvd from iso

2. using nero it was burned

Since your disc seems to be DVD-RW (Rewritable), you can try burning the image again.

Also mind showing me what is inside the autorun.inf file?
