stuck pixel!

so i bought my new asus 144hz monitor and it has freakin red stuck pixel that wont go away :3
this red pixel happens after a while after i turn the monitor on ive tried the stuckpixel fixer websites non of them worked
and the store that i bought the monitor from says that it can be replaced only if it has 3 stuck/dead pixels
this red pixel occurs i think when the monitor starts tho heat up a little bit 
any suggestion

the pixel is faulty. i would suggest to rma the monitor.

ive tried contacting the store they said that they have to contact asus first then comeback to me 
theyve said if its only 1 stuck pixel it wont be replaced or returned

if they dont want to do it maybe talk to asus directly. if it is like in the middle of the monitor they should replace it.

its not in the middle but its too damn visible

it is covered by warranty but they wont replace it cuz it only has 1 stuck pixel

Maybe the store doesn't? Don't they honor money back guaranteed for XX-days from purchase?

in this country no
but they told me if asus company replid back to them they will try to make an exception for this issue since ive been dealing with this store for almost 4 years
