Posted May 3, 2016 Hi all, I have been experiencing a problem for a while where I cannot open settings. It is described exactly in this post. I know that there is a solution there but when I run the program it tells me to run, it tells me that troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem. It's extremely frustrating and I was wondering if anyone knew of another solution? Posted May 3, 2016 I had this problem a while back, go have try ccleaner reg scan to fix some error which fix my problem. If this doesn't work you may have to reinstall windows which is your last resort . 1 minute ago, xownagex said: Reinstalling windows 10? No, that is last resort Magical Pineapples
