Maybe thats why you cant turn it off...windows probably cant find what to switch off when you press the button...you dont have to worry about it...its not bothering you is it?

If you don't care about Bluetooth at all, maybe there's something in Programs and Features you could uninstall. Google Win 10 Bluetooth drivers program and features

ASRock B550M PG RIPTIDE       Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR4             TEAMGROUP MP33 1 TB NVME SSD

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X                   Antec DF700 Case                                 MSI Radeon RX 580 4 GB ARMOR OC

Also look in Device Manager for anything Bluetooth related

Try Administrative Tools ---> Services ---> Disable Bluetooth settings

I see 3 listed in my OS under Services:

Bluetooth driver...

Bluetooth Handsfree...

Bluetooth Support....

After that I'd have to do more searching. I found that solution under this thread:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2753914/turn-bluetooth-windows.html

ASRock B550M PG RIPTIDE       Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR4             TEAMGROUP MP33 1 TB NVME SSD

To be clear it's "Bluetooth Driver Management Service" as listed under Services in Administrative Tools

ASRock B550M PG RIPTIDE       Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR4             TEAMGROUP MP33 1 TB NVME SSD

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X                   Antec DF700 Case                                 MSI Radeon RX 580 4 GB ARMOR OC

I'll have to take another look. Best bet for now is probably just to scan related threads on the web
