I will, its only 1k, slap on discounts and sales and I shouldn't be poor.

I guess its decided, Dell XPS 13 8GB with a side of prayers for sales and discounts.

OP is deciding between a T430, XPS13 (4GB RAM) or Blade Stealth (aka the Green Furnace Lite)

T430: Better build, better cooling than the xps 13, better keyboard, more ram, more bang for the bug, easy to fix if you somehow fuck it up, the screen can be meh, but also pretty good depending on what model of the T430 you get, first gen with out the original keyboard design, ram upgrade able

XPS 13: Looks nice, okay cooling, okay keyboard, really nice screen, you need to get the model with atleast 8gb of ram, because you can't upgrade it.

Blade stealth: NO BAD.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Oh yeah and if you get the top model of the t430 the cpu will be better than a i5 5200u, but with worse build in graphics.

Put a new battery in the T430 and it should have about 7 hours+, if you get the 9 cel battery

Expect from parts to them, they are pretty easy to find new, because everyone knows they last such a long time that there always will be people who needs parts for a older thinkpad
